Welcome to KpopCards. To ensure a safe and trusted marketplace, we have established this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”). By using our platform, you agree to abide by these guidelines.
Prohibited Items and Activities
Users may not sell, purchase, or engage in transactions involving the following:
- Illegal Items: Any goods or services prohibited by law.
- Counterfeit or Stolen Goods: Unauthorized replicas, fraudulent items, or stolen property.
- Weapons and Hazardous Materials: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and toxic substances.
- Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia: Including prescription drugs sold without a valid license.
- Adult Content and Services: Pornographic material or escort services.
- Hate Speech and Discriminatory Items: Any product promoting violence, racism, or discrimination.
- Restricted Financial Services: Cryptocurrency sales, money transfers, or investment schemes.
- Pyramid Schemes and MLMs: Multi-level marketing or get-rich-quick schemes.
- Misleading or Deceptive Listings: False advertising, misleading descriptions, or manipulated reviews.
- Prohibited Digital Goods: Unauthorized digital downloads, pirated software, or access to hacked accounts.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers on KpopCards must:
- Ensure their listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide accurate descriptions and truthful representations of their items.
- Ship items promptly and provide tracking information when required.
- Cooperate with dispute resolution processes in the event of a buyer complaint.
Enforcement and Violations
If a user violates this policy, we may:
- Issue a warning
- Remove the offending listing
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Report violations to law enforcement
- Withhold or refund payments when necessary to protect buyers
Reporting Violations
If you come across a listing or user violating this policy, please report it to support@kpopcards.net . We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
